Brazzaville, 27 May 2022: The Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, His Excellency, Mr Larbi El Hadj Ali was guest of APPO’s Secretary General, His Excellency, Dr Omar Farouk Ibrahim on 27thMay 2022.




The visit which is part of the Ambassador’s introductory visit to the diplomatic corps in the Republic of Congo afforded the two diplomats the opportunity to rub minds on energy challenges facing the African Continent.
His Excellency, Mr Larbi El Hadj Ali stressed the need for mutual cooperation among African countries to enable Africa to play a significant role in international circles. While appreciating the Ambassador for the courtesy call, His Excellency, Dr Omar Farouk Ibrahim reiterated that the APPO Framework Agreement on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance signed by its Ministers and Plenipotentiaries remains the best framework to meet the need for mutual cooperation among African countries.
